Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TestTracker, a student progress dashboard operated by Telos Tutors (“Telos Tutors,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using TestTracker, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TestTracker lets Telos Tutors staff, students, and parents or guardians view tutoring progress, test scores, practice data, and study materials. The service is provided to invited users only.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• Accounts are created and assigned by Telos Tutors. You may not create an account on your own.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure and for activity under your account.
• If you are a minor, your account is used with the involvement of your parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: access data you are not authorized to see; attempt to disrupt or breach the service; misuse another person’s account; or use TestTracker for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your content

Information entered into TestTracker, such as scores or notes, remains owned by the relevant party. You grant Telos Tutors the right to use it to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

TestTracker, its design, and its software are owned by Telos Tutors and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without permission.

6. Third-party services

TestTracker integrates with third-party services, such as Google sign-in and MathChops. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Trademarks

SAT® is a trademark of the College Board. ACT® is a trademark of ACT, Inc. TestTracker and Telos Tutors are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these organizations. These marks are used only to identify the relevant tests.

8. Disclaimers

TestTracker is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome, score, or result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telos Tutors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access to TestTracker at any time, including when a tutoring relationship ends.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Telos Tutors operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
